I just wanted to mention that your videos are sometimes hard to find using YT search. I was using a diff TV so I typed in a few key words from videos I know well and I couldn’t find them without manually searching the channel. I’d investigate what that’s about bc your videos are GREAT and shouldn’t be hidden by the algorithm when you try to search for them. I suspect it’s on YT’s end is why I mention it.
I appreciate it again. I use your gentle spine mobility routines daily. Just tried this one and it’s great also. Spine healing is possible with the right chiropractor to teach me and the correct daily exercise I have learned! Thanks for helping me gain mobility back! It’s nice to change up exercises it can get boring!

This was great!! Just got back from camping and we tented. This was exactly what my spine needed. I loved the moves especially the Half Kneeling TTN - Reach. That felt so amazing on my entire spine. Thank you so much. ❤
