      I just wanted to mention that your videos are sometimes hard to find using YT search. I was using a diff TV so I typed in a few key words from videos I know well and I couldn’t find them without manually searching the channel. I’d investigate what that’s about bc your videos are GREAT and shouldn’t be hidden by the algorithm when you try to search for them. I suspect it’s on YT’s end is why I mention it.

      I appreciate it again. I use your gentle spine mobility routines daily. Just tried this one and it’s great also. Spine healing is possible with the right chiropractor to teach me and the correct daily exercise I have learned! Thanks for helping me gain mobility back! It’s nice to change up exercises it can get boring!

    At one point the signal sounded and as I looked up, we were going to another exercise.. BUT WAIT, What about the other side? :) Needless to say that we came back to it as it was a flow of movements.
    How could I have doubted you?!
    Never have I ever been let down. Always, have I come away much better off from investing my time with your routines. Thank you Julia!

      Sometimes it’s more fun to string a few exercises together before switching sides. ☺️✌🏼 Always gotta come up with something interesting!

    Thank you for this! I'm going to give it a try. Hope it helps with my spine, hips, and SI joint issues. Fifty-one years old, and I've gone from elite athlete to feeling like an 80 year-old man in under a year. The human body is a fragile machine. Enjoy it while you can, because at some point it's going to stop working.

    This was great!! Just got back from camping and we tented. This was exactly what my spine needed. I loved the moves especially the Half Kneeling TTN - Reach. That felt so amazing on my entire spine.
